Mark A. Schneider founded PLAN in 1984 and is now one of the nation’s leading experts on solving individual and small business IRS tax problems. As an IRS Licensed Enrolled Agent (licensed in all 50 states to represent tax payers), he has represented thousands of taxpayers who owed the IRS, but simply could not afford to pay.
He entered business in 1971 after serving three years as a paratrooper in the United States Army Airborne Infantry, which included a tour of duty in Vietnam, as well as numerous leadership schools and assignments.
Mark left the Army to continue his education at the University of Kansas where he earned BS degrees in accounting and business administration. Mr. Schneider financed his education through several entrepreneurial enterprises beginning in 1971. These ranged from retail businesses to real estate investments and development to ongoing financial, investment and tax consulting services.
Mark Schneider is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) for Tax Services for northern Colorado (North Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins). Mark has also operated PLAN since 1984 originally helping individuals and businesses with Tax Problem Solutions and Financial, Investment and Tax Planning until retiring from investment advisory services in February 2017 in order to concentrate exclusively on Income Tax Preparation and IRS Tax Problem Solutions. Jessica Vasquez is Plan LLC’s, Firm Administrator and is an experienced Client Specialist. She joined PPI in October 2003. Jessica completed the H&R Block income tax course November 2004, has managed a Liberty Tax Service office and teaches tax classes for Liberty Tax Service.

Dee joined Plan LLC. in June 2007 as Administrative Assistant and Client Specialist. Her financial services experience includes working many years with her husband in the insurance business. She has has also managed a Liberty Tax Service offices and currently QiK Tax Services offices. She teaches tax classes for QiK IRS CE, an IRS approved continuing education provider.
In 2010 dee earned her CPB by completing her Certified Public Bookkeeper through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.

Jake Schneider founded QiK in 2012 after working with his father in PLAN for several years before serving as a tax preparer, office manager and regional supervisor managing several Liberty Tax Service offices from 2006 through 2011. Jake teaches tax classes for QiK IRS CE, an IRS approved continuing education provider.
In 2010 Jake earned his CPB by completing his Certified Public Bookkeeper through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.
